UKCAT College is a premier UK-based provider of CPD-accredited and IOSH-certified health and safety online courses. Utilizing advanced interactive VideoTile technology, we are aggressively expanding our footprint into the Gulf region. We are seeking a dynamic, self-driven UAE-based Country Manager to spearhead our localization efforts and establish high-value B2B relationships with corporate HR and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) departments across the Emirates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website & Content Localization: Review and adapt our existing UK digital storefront for the UAE market. Coordinate cultural adaptations and ensure Arabic localization matches regional business standards.
  • B2B Corporate Outreach: Identify, target, and pitch to HSE Directors, Procurement Managers, and HR leaders in the UAE construction, logistics, and real estate sectors to sell bulk course licenses.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Act as our local ambassador to build trust with professional networks, local safety authorities, and corporate enterprises.
  • Market Optimization: Advise on localized pricing strategies, competitor analysis, and regional payment gateway expectations (e.g., Apple Pay integrations).

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
