Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced technology. Why defense and why now? By blending the expertise of today’s most innovative companies with the defense ecosystem, Anduril revolutionizes how military systems are designed, built, and deployed. Powered by Lattice OS, Anduril’s AI-driven operating system repurposes vast data streams into real-time, immersive 3D command centers. In an era of heightened geopolitical competition, Anduril accelerates the integration of cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking—delivering military capabilities in months, not years.

About the Team

The Maneuver Dominance team at Anduril focuses on deploying operationally relevant, multi-asset autonomy. Our work stretches across three key initiatives:

  • Building cutting-edge autonomous systems using Anduril’s existing platforms, such as Ghost or Altius.
  • Seamlessly integrating third-party platforms into Anduril’s Lattice ecosystem.
  • Pioneering breakthrough systems to redefine battlefield capabilities for the future.

We attract innovators hungry for impact, welcoming those who thrive in an environment brimming with fast-paced challenges—where every contribution directly shapes the products fielded on the edge of global conflict.

Role Overview

As an Uncrewed Air Systems (UAS) Technician, you’ll shape the future of Anduril UK’s advanced UAS fleet. This fast-paced, high-stakes role demands elite expertise in hardware integration, configuration, and maintenance—particularly with Pixhawk or Cube Orange flight controllers—alongside a deep foundation in flight test environments.

Your work will redefine defense technology, ensuring only expeditionary-grade and mission-ready systems reach our operators. This isn’t just a job; it’s an opportunity for technically originated professionals driven by the precision and complexity of those who excel in ensuring systems hit the ground running.

What You’ll Do

  • Hardware Integration & Setup – Lead rigorous assembly, configuration, and deployment of UAS platforms, including flight controller stations, GPS modules, telemetry systems, and payload subsystems (Pixhawk/Cube Orange focus).
  • Flight Controller & Firmware Mastery – Serve as the curator of flight controller configurations, calibrations, and firmware — tuning precision parameters and optimizing ground station software for peak performance.
  • Diagnostics & Troubleshooting – Execute pre-flight inspections, conduct in-flight diagnostics, and perform post-flight analysis, with hands-on field repairs, hardware iterations, and fault resolution to maintain operational readiness.
  • Decision-Making & Collaboration – Partner closely with engineering, flight test, and program teams to refine UAS performance metrics, integrate emerging technologies, and co-build safe operational protocols.
  • Documentation & Compliance – Maintain meticulous technical records, maintenance logs, and configuration control documentation to ensure traceability and adherence to standards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
