The Company

At Amber Labs, we are a cutting-edge UK and European technology consultancy that prioritises empowering autonomy, promoting experimentation, and facilitating rapid learning to provide exceptional value to our clients. Our company culture is centered around collaboration, where all colleagues, regardless of their role, work together to minimise risk and shorten delivery times. Our team consists of highly skilled cross-functional consultants, analysts, and support staff.

Your Role

This role involves working with one of our key public sector clients on a large-scale enterprise transformation programme focused on modernising and standardising critical business services through a shared Oracle Fusion platform.

The UAT Test Lead will be responsible for providing end-to-end leadership, governance, and assurance across all business testing activities, ensuring solutions are fully validated and meet business requirements before deployment. The role will also play a critical part in assessing and driving departmental readiness, ensuring operational teams are prepared to successfully adopt new processes, systems, and ways of working.

Operating within a complex multi-stakeholder environment, you will work closely with programme leadership, business SMEs, delivery partners, and operational teams to provide independent assurance of testing outcomes, identify risks and issues, and support successful go-live decisions.

The successful candidate will bring proven experience leading User Acceptance Testing and business readiness activities within large-scale transformation programmes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
