What You Can Expect

In this role, you will work at the intersection of consultative selling and cloud communications, helping UK&I organisations move beyond legacy telephony to an intelligent, AI-first experience with Zoom Phone. You will partner closely with Account Executives and channel partners to drive net-new and upsell opportunities across the Mid-Market and Enterprise segments, supporting the full sales cycle from discovery through to close. This is a high-impact specialist sales position where your deep UCaaS expertise shapes how customers understand and adopt the future of business communications. This is a hybrid position that requires on-site presence 2 days per week at our London, UK office.

About the Team

The Zoom Phone sales team sits at the heart of Zoom Workplace, helping organisations replace legacy telephony with a cloud-native, AI-first communications platform. We work alongside Account Executives and channel partners with a consultative, customer-centric approach, showing businesses how voice, meetings, chat, and AI come together in a single solution. Our mission is to grow Zoom’s presence across UK&I by demonstrating that modern telephony is about unlocking the intelligence within every conversation.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives and channel partners to identify, develop, and close net-new and upsell Zoom Phone opportunities across Mid-Market and Enterprise segments
  • Deliver customer-specific Zoom Phone and AI-driven services demos tailored to each prospect’s business needs
  • Design and execute product and solution training programmes for Sales Engineers and channel partners
  • Drive pipeline hygiene by accurately tracking bookings, opportunities, and forecasts against quota in Salesforce CRM
  • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of Zoom’s product differentiators, competitive landscape, and UCaaS sales methodologies
  • Serve as an escalation point for strategic opportunities, providing senior-level expertise to accelerate deals
  • Collaborate with internal product teams to surface customer feedback and influence product direction
  • Identify new ways to develop Zoom’s UCaaS go-to-market strategy across the UK&I region

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
