UC & Enterprise Networks Project Manager

We're seeking a UC & Enterprise Networks Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of Unified Communications and Enterprise Networking projects across a diverse customer base. Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years as a project manager in the IT field (UC & Networks preferred)
- Consistent, successful management of projects over 100k in value.
- Experience managing multiple contractors across complex technical projects.
- Experience of managing multiple projects or programmes of work at once.
- Excellent coordination skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Successful completion and submission of highly detailed project plans using Microsoft Project - having the ability to baseline, use dependencies, develop a WBS structure and level resources.
Certification Required
- Prince 2 Practitioner
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Produce and update project documentation to the highest standard during the full life cycle of the project as required.
- Plan and report on all project workstreams using relevant project documentation i.e. RAID logs and Microsoft Project.
- Monthly completion of project reports and attendance at monthly project board meetings.
- Plan and manage resource against all project activities.
- Work with the client to ensure all pre-requisites are adhered to.
- Ensure all works are completed to Cinos’ internal standards.
- Complete responsibility and ownership for coordinating all technical works required for an individual project, group of projects, or proposals as requested by the client from the point of assignment to you through to sign-off and handover.
- For individually assigned projects, assume control of all technical disciplines to ensure that the content of projects is fulfilled efficiently and in accordance with the project quality, budget, and programme requirements.
- Ensure preparation, planning and design tasks are assigned to the relevant people working on your project and that progress is monitored and tracked and recorded before and during works on-site.
- Fully accountable for the successful completion of all aspects of a project planning and implementation process.
- Ensure the commercial and financial aspect of any assigned project is monitored and if necessary, escalate for management review.
- Follow up and manage the post project actions and snagging process alongside relevant technical engineers, ensuring all actions are logged, actioned and closed.

Personal Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Excellent approach to teamwork.
- High level of understanding of technical documentation provided as part of a project works package.
- Maintain a professional approach to client / customer interaction at all times.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
- Understanding of company structure and process management.
- An excellent level of commercial awareness.
- An exceptional eye-for-detail to deliver a 1st class project.
- Willingness to look for continued improvement in all works undertaken.

- Trustworthiness and honesty.
- Flexible approach to working hours.
- Ability to self-motivate.
- Ability to work as part of a wider on and off-site engineering team.
- Excellent administration and organisation.
- Hold no known barriers preventing government and military level security vetting processes.
- To look after and be responsible for all company property in your possession and to report any loss or damage immediately.
- If responsible for a vehicle, ensure the vehicle is kept clean, tidy, and checked for serviceability on a weekly basis.
- To report any road traffic accidents or convictions you receive to your line manager immediately on enforcement.
- Willingness to work away overnight anywhere across the UK or internationally.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products (specifically MS Project & MS Excel)

Physical Requirements
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the company’s policies and ISO standards as well as those set externally for our industry.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the company’s standards.
- Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on a telephone or video conference call.
Core working hours are 08:30 to 17:30 with flexibility.
