UCITS Fund Operations & Investor Servicing Associate

About the company

Our client is a highly regarded global investment boutique managing global and emerging market equities for institutions, advisers and individuals worldwide. It is majority employee-owned, runs well over $100bn in client assets, and is known for independent thinking, a strong culture and a real focus on client outcomes.

The role

This is a broad, hands-on role in the London UCITS team. You’ll help shape and run investor operations and servicing across the firm’s UCITS fund range. You’ll work closely with Sales, Client Services, Marketing, Portfolio Operations, Compliance, Finance and Technology, and support the Fund Operations Director on day-to-day fund operations and wider strategic projects.

Key responsibilities

Third-party distribution

  • Manage commission, platform, sub-TA and rebate accruals and payments for third-party distributors, agents and platforms
  • Review the operational side of distributor and platform agreements with Sales
  • Investigate anomalies, making sure invoices match the Transfer Agency register and nothing is double-counted
  • Complete fund data templates for platforms, distributors and data vendors accurately and on time
  • Act as subject-matter expert on UCITS intermediary projects

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
