Salary on appointment will be £26,707 per annum, with an annual increment up to £30,378 per annum.
If you enjoy leading and facilitating opportunities for others to learn, you will relish this opportunity. Working closely with the academic Programme Director, this role is fundamental to the success and growth of the UEA Languages Programme. You will join the Faculty Professional Services Team in the Faculty of Arts and Humanities with a pivotal role in providing administrative support to our Day and Evening languages programme. You will be customer-focused and appreciate the importance of providing an excellent service.

Key Duties
- Preparation and delivery of the language learning (Day and Evening) programmes
- Leading and managing a small team
- Supporting recruitment
- Maintaining and developing the website
- Providing a professional and supportive environment for all of our students in this arena
You will have excellent organizational skills, a good understanding of budget management, and enjoy productive communications with a wide range of stakeholders.

This full-time post is available from 24 August 2026 on an indefinite basis.
