About gee
Gee is a premium hair extension brand trusted by iconic women around the world, including Anne Hathaway, Rebel Wilson, and Eva Longoria. We've recently won three major industry awards, including a Marie Claire Hair Award.
We're a founder-led brand with ambitious plans for growth, and we're looking for an experienced UGC & Affiliate Executive to grow our creator network, affiliate channels, and key industry relationships.
The Role
We're looking for someone exceptionally proactive, organised, and relationship-driven to take ownership of our UGC, affiliate, and outreach activity. You'll manage and grow our affiliate programmes across TikTok, Shopify, and Meta, build a consistent pipeline of UGC creators, and nurture relationships with our existing creators, affiliates, celebrity hairstylists, and industry contacts.
This isn't just about finding new people. We want someone who thinks about how we can make our existing relationships stronger, from events and styling sessions to studio visits, gifting, product education, and longer-term collaborations. You'll also help coordinate the practical side of content production, including sourcing models, locations, and props and managing shoot logistics. We're looking for someone who's always one step ahead.
Key Responsibilities
UGC & Affiliates
- Manage and grow affiliate programmes across TikTok, Shopify, and Meta.
- Proactively recruit, onboard, and nurture new affiliates.
- Source and outreach to high-quality UGC creators.
- Manage creator briefs, gifting, rates, deliverables, usage rights, and deadlines.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of UGC for organic and paid content.
- Monitor affiliate performance and identify opportunities to increase participation and revenue.
- Identify high-performing creators and affiliates and develop them into longer-term relationships.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Relationships & Outreach
- Own and nurture relationships with existing UGC creators, affiliates, celebrity hairstylists, and industry contacts.
- Maintain regular contact with key relationships rather than only reaching out when we need something.
- Identify new stylists, creators, and industry contacts we should be building relationships with.
- Proactively develop ways to bring key contacts closer to gee through events, styling sessions, studio visits, product previews, gifting, and collaborations.
- Re-engage valuable relationships that have gone quiet.
- Keep an organised database of contacts, conversations, gifting, collaborations, and opportunities.
Content Production Coordination
- Source models against specific hair, colour, and demographic briefs.
- Liaise with model agencies and coordinate bookings.
- Research and book shoot locations.
- Source and order props and other shoot requirements.
- Coordinate models, schedules, call times, and external suppliers.
- Support content days and larger campaign shoots, ensuring everything is organised well in advance.
About You
You're highly organised, persistent, and naturally good at building relationships. You enjoy outreach and aren't afraid to pick up the phone, follow up, or find another route when something isn't moving. You're commercially minded and understand that UGC and affiliate marketing should ultimately contribute to growth. Most importantly, you're proactive and independent. You spot opportunities, act on them, and follow things through without needing constant direction.
