UGC Campaign Manager
Pay: €30,000 - €40,000 per year, based on seniority
Location: Remote, Europe (GMT to GMT+3). UK-based candidates very welcome.
About us
We're the #1-organic-ranked UGC agency on Google. Search "UGC Agency" and that's us. We run campaigns for household-name brands across tech, dating and retail, backed by a network of 15,000+ vetted creators.
We're an established agency in an exciting growth phase after acquisition, and this is a key hire at the centre of it. You'll build the delivery engine that scales us, so you'll thrive here if you like building and refining how things run rather than following an existing playbook.
Read this first, it's a hard requirement
You must have hands-on experience running UGC campaigns directly, from brief to creator sourcing to delivery. Not social media management. Not content creation. Actually managing UGC campaigns end to end, with creators and brand clients. If you haven't done that specific thing, this one isn't for you.
The role
At its core this is a project management role, with a creative twist. You take a campaign from brief to delivered, keep every moving part on track, and make sure it lands on time and on target. You also build the systems that let us do it again and again as we grow.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Where it leads
This is a hire we build around, so the runway is real. There's a clear path from owning delivery to leading the function as we grow, through senior and head-of roles, toward director level as the agency scales. As the campaigns grow we'll build in a performance bonus tied to what you deliver.
We'd shape the specifics together, but the principle is simple: the better you build this, the further it goes and the more it pays.
How to apply
Send your CV plus a short note on your UGC experience and 2-3 examples of UGC campaigns you've run end to end. Applications without examples won't be reviewed.
We're reviewing and interviewing now on a rolling basis, so apply now.
