About NurseFlex

NurseFlex is a healthcare staffing platform connecting qualified nurses, healthcare assistants, and support workers with flexible shift opportunities across care homes and healthcare facilities. We are building the go-to marketplace for healthcare professionals who want transparent pay, flexible hours, and control over their own schedule.

The Role

We are looking for a creative, energetic UGC Content Creator to join our marketing team in London. Your primary mission: produce authentic, scroll-stopping content that drives healthcare professionals — nurses (RGNs, RMNs), HCAs, and support workers — to sign up to the NurseFlex platform using your personal referral code.

What You Will Do

  • Create short-form UGC videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) showcasing the NurseFlex platform, flexible shift opportunities, and the benefits of agency nursing
  • Produce testimonial-style and day-in-the-life content that resonates with nurses and care workers
  • Write engaging social media posts and captions for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Drive sign-ups through your unique referral code embedded in all content
  • Collaborate with the London-based marketing team on campaigns, launches, and content calendars
  • Track and report on content performance — views, engagement, click-throughs, and sign-up conversions
  • Engage with healthcare communities on social media to build trust and drive organic growth
  • Attend occasional in-person content shoots and team meetings in London

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
