We’re Hiring: UGC Content & Sales Executive

Build Halt is a team operations management app that helps businesses organize tasks, connect teams, and monitor work in real time. The platform is designed for industries with field-based teams, such as construction, maintenance, inspections, and facilities management. By simplifying workflows and improving accountability, Build Halt enables organizations to coordinate work more efficiently and deliver better results.

We’re looking for a confident, creative and commercially minded UGC Content & Sales Executive to join our growing team in London.

This is a hybrid role combining content creation, personal branding, social media and sales outreach, with a strong focus on social media.

What you’ll do

UGC & Content Creation

  • Create authentic, engaging short-form videos and UGC-style content.
  • Appear confidently on camera and communicate ideas in a natural, relatable way.
  • Develop content for social media platforms.
  • Turn products, features and business ideas into compelling stories and videos.
  • Test different hooks, formats and messaging to improve engagement.

Sales & LinkedIn Outreach

  • Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Build and manage prospect lists.
  • Conduct outreach and start conversations with potential customers.
  • Follow up with prospects and help move conversations towards meetings and sales.
  • Understand customer needs and communicate the value of our products clearly.
  • Track leads, conversations and results.

What we’re looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable speaking on camera and creating video content.
  • Strong understanding of social media.
  • A proactive, confident and creative personality.
  • Interest in sales, marketing and business development.
  • Ability to write clear and persuasive messages.
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in UGC, content creation, sales or social media is a plus.
