Role Overview
We’re seeking an organised and detail-focused UGC Coordinator to support the sourcing and delivery of user-generated content for BON CHARGE. You will find, vet, brief, and manage UGC creators and review every piece of content they deliver for use across paid advertising, product pages, and selected organic social channels.
This is an output-driven role with a strong focus on content quality, brand and compliance alignment, and delivery volume. The role does not cover affiliate or paid influencer partnerships.

- Source UGC creators directly and via creator platforms (e.g., Insense or similar) across the wellness, biohacking, beauty, fitness, and lifestyle niches
- Vet creators for on-camera quality, audience fit, brand alignment, and reliability before onboarding
- Build and maintain a creator roster segmented by customer persona, product category, and market (AU, US, UK, EU, CA)
Briefing & Creator Management
- Write clear creator briefs covering product, persona, funnel stage, hooks, format, length, and usage rights
- Negotiate creator rates, deliverables, and content licensing for paid, web, and organic use
- Manage product seeding, creator communication, deadlines, and revisions end-to-end
Content Review & Quality Control
- Review all delivered content against the brief, brand guidelines, and product claim requirements before release
- Coordinate claim and compliance checks with the Scientific Affairs and Compliance team
- Manage revisions and reshoots, and ensure final files are named, tagged, and stored in the UGC library
Delivery for Paid, Web & Organic
- Deliver a monthly pipeline of UGC assets for paid media, including multiple hook variations per video, to the acquisition and performance marketing teams
- Supply UGC assets for landing pages and product detail pages in partnership with the CRO and web teams
- Provide selected UGC for organic social in partnership with the Social and Community team
- Support with Community Management and comment replies across paid ads & organic social content

Reporting & Collaboration
- Track creator pipeline, output volume, cost per asset, and turnaround times, and report weekly to the brand and marketing leads
- Feed performance learnings from paid media back into creator selection and briefs
- Stay current on UGC formats, platform trends, and competitor creative
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in UGC, creator management, content production, or social media (e-commerce, wellness, or beauty industry preferred)
- Experience sourcing and managing creators and reviewing content for paid advertising
- Working knowledge of creator platforms (e.g., Insense, Billo, or similar) and content usage rights
- Strong eye for what performs on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, including hooks, formats, and funnel stages
- Highly organised and able to manage many creators, briefs, and deadlines at once
- Clear written communication, particularly for briefs and creator feedback
- Familiarity with regulated product claims (wellness, health, or beauty) is an advantage
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
