UGC Creator Outreacher
Location: Remote
Type: Part-time / Full-time
Reports to: UGC / Marketing Manager
About the Role
Aeon Athletics is looking for a proactive and organised UGC Creator Outreacher to help grow our network of fitness and gymwear creators.
You’ll manage the creator process from finding suitable candidates through to onboarding, product orders and contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify creators who align with Aeon Athletics’ brand and target audience.
- Contact potential creators through Instagram, TikTok, email and other relevant platforms.
- Manage follow-ups and maintain an organised creator database.
- Review responses and assess creator suitability.
- Explain the UGC programme, expectations and deliverables.
- Collect initial product orders, sizes and delivery details.
- Send and follow up on creator contracts.
- Track creator progress, including responses, signed contracts, orders and content submissions.
- Report regularly to the manager on outreach activity, creator responses, conversion rates and areas for improvement.
- Suggest improvements to outreach messages, onboarding and the overall creator experience.
- Stay up to date with UGC, social media and fitness creator trends.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and social media.
- Interest in fitness, gymwear and creator marketing.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented.
- Confident communicating with creators.
- Proactive, reliable and comfortable working independently.
- Experience with outreach, influencer marketing, UGC, sales or social media is preferred but not essential.
