About HardLaunch
HardLaunch is the fastest growing high-volume UGC agency in the world. We deliver exceptional campaigns for some of the biggest brands in tech, combining best-in-class human UGC with a proprietary AI layer.
We've shipped over 1.5 Billion short-form views and helped acquire millions of users.
We're profitable, cash-flow positive, and growing fast.
We're a young, obsessive, high-output team. We're looking for UGC Engineers who want to own campaigns outright during a period of exceptional hyper-growth.
The Role
As a UGC Engineer you’ll own campaigns end to end. Taking a client brief, developing content strategy, managing creators and reporting directly to the client. If a campaign has your name on it, it’s yours to run and achieve amazing results.
The creators on your campaigns take direction from you, and how they perform is yours to manage. You brief them, hold them to the standard, chase them when they go quiet, and flag early when they aren't delivering.
You'll have real autonomy. We want you to take full ownership of the campaign and decide which formats to propose, coach your creators and maintain a high level of communication with your clients.
You will report to a Pod Lead as one of a pod of 3–5 UGC Engineers. The pod runs on a fixed rhythm: a Monday sync on what you're committing to that week, a daily standup to build momentum into our work and a weekly 1:1 with your Pod Lead. We’ve built a structure which will enable you to thrive.
What you'll own
- Your campaigns: from brief to launch to client reporting. We expect campaigns go live on their target date, deliver results, and that every deliverable you share meets a high bar
- Your creators: brief them properly, hold them to our standards, chase them when they go quiet, and raise with your Pod Lead early when they aren't performing. You call re-briefs, re-shoots or removing from the campaign.
- Client communication: the day-to-day point of contact on your accounts. Messages acknowledged fast, answered properly, never left hanging
- Content and conversion bets: propose formats, test hooks, and track what's working across all platforms. You know which formats are winning on your campaigns and you can say why.
- The campaign daily activity: following every step on every campaign to enable best chance of delivering incredible results
- Escalation: a slipping deadline, an unhappy client, a creator who has dropped out. It goes to your Pod Lead the same day, not two days later

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Who thrives here
The people who win in this seat treat their campaigns like their own. They notice a creator going quiet before it becomes a missed deadline, and they'd rather deliver bad news themselves than let a client find it. They hold creators to a high standard and aren't afraid to push for high quality when something isn't good enough.
They also know when to ask for help. Nobody here will ever be criticised for raising something that turned out to be fine. What we can't work with is a problem that sat for two days hoping it would resolve itself. Escalate early and we'll solve it together as a team.
If you're obsessed with short-form content, like the pace and volume of a fast-growing agency, and want to develop in this role, you will love it here.

Requirements
- Deep fluency in social content. You live on the platforms and can look at a piece of content and say why it will or won't work
- Highly organised. You can run several campaigns and dozens of creators at once without anything dropping silently
- Excellent communicator. Clear and professional with the HardLaunch team and founder-level clients, direct and motivating with creators
- High standards. You're comfortable holding yourself and your creators to a high bar
- Comfortable with data. You can read campaign performance, spot which formats are driving results, and act on it
- Strong ownership. You follow things through without being chased, and problems arrive from you rather than about you
- Good judgment on what to escalate. You know which calls are yours and which to take to your Pod Lead, and you raise them fast
- Ambitious. You want to grow and develop as the agency scales
