About Skinnify

At Skinnify, we’re building a fast-growing e-commerce brand with a strong focus on performance marketing, creative experimentation, and data-driven growth. We’ve grown from 0 to 120,000+ customers in just two years, and creative content plays a major role in that growth.

We’re now looking for an experienced UGC Manager to take ownership of our UGC production process — from finding the right creators and negotiating rates to managing shoots, ensuring briefs are followed, and delivering high-quality content on time.

This is not just a creator outreach role. We’re looking for someone who understands how high-volume UGC production works inside a successful e-commerce brand and can build a reliable creator network that we can scale with.

About the role

As our UGC Manager, you’ll own the execution of our UGC production pipeline.

  • You’ll work closely with our Creative Strategist, who will develop the creative concepts and weekly UGC briefs. From there, you’ll make them happen — finding the right creators and models, negotiating agreements, coordinating production, managing deadlines, reviewing submissions, and requesting revisions or reshoots when needed.
  • Your goal is to make sure we consistently receive high-quality UGC, on brief and on time.
  • Over time, we want you to build a strong network — an “army” of reliable UGC creators who understand our brand, deliver consistently, and can help us scale our creative output.

What you’ll do

  • Work closely with the Creative Strategist to execute weekly UGC video briefs.
  • Source and recruit suitable UGC creators and models for different concepts, audiences, and creative angles.
  • Evaluate creators based on content quality, on-camera presence, brand fit, reliability, and performance potential.
  • Reach out to creators, negotiate rates, and manage creator agreements.
  • Coordinate the entire UGC recording and production process from brief to final delivery.
  • Communicate briefs and expectations clearly so creators understand exactly what needs to be produced.
  • Manage multiple creators and projects simultaneously while keeping production timelines on track.
  • Review submitted content to ensure creators have followed the brief correctly and the content meets our quality standards.
  • Request revisions, additional footage, or reshoots when necessary.
  • Ensure all UGC content is delivered on time and at a consistently high quality.
  • Organize and deliver finished UGC assets to the Creative Strategist.
  • Track creator performance and identify the creators we want to work with repeatedly.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with our best-performing creators.
  • Continuously expand our creator network so we can increase the volume and variety of UGC we produce.
  • Ultimately, build a dependable network of high-quality UGC creators that Skinnify can consistently rely on.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience as a UGC Manager, Creator Manager, Influencer/Creator Partnerships Manager, or similar role within a successful e-commerce/DTC brand.
  • Ideally, you’ve managed UGC for a larger e-commerce brand generating at least $10M+ in annual revenue.
  • Strong experience managing the complete UGC production process — not just creator sourcing or influencer outreach.
  • Experience finding, evaluating, recruiting, and managing UGC creators at scale.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing creator rates and agreements.
  • A good eye for content quality and the ability to recognize creators who can produce strong performance-driven UGC.
  • Experience working from creative briefs and ensuring creators execute them accurately.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills — you can manage multiple creators, deadlines, revisions, and deliverables without things falling through the cracks.
  • High standards for quality and a willingness to request revisions or reshoots when content isn’t good enough.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with creators.
  • A proactive approach — you don’t wait for creators to come to you; you’re constantly looking for new talent and ways to improve the UGC pipeline.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, performance-driven e-commerce environment.
