TL;DR Group
TL;DR Group is a group of brands and an agency. We own and run our own brands in licensed football merch, menswear and supplements, and we make the content and run the paid media for household names in food and drink. We're looking for someone to join the team to lead on UGC for both our own brands and our clients, for paid media and organic social.
Responsibilities
- Film and edit UGC videos. You'll be on camera talking, and comfortable in front of camera.
- Run our creator bank. Post the briefs, cast creators and handle amends.
- Run day to day organic social for the accounts we give you. Posting, captions, comments and DMs.
- Come on shoot days and get the phone footage nobody has time to shoot.
- Work and communicate with clients on content.

What We Need
- You are good on camera and comfortable speaking in front of one.
- You can shoot and edit on a phone to a standard that runs in a paid ad.
- You know why some content performs and some does not, and you look at the numbers.

The Details
- 4-5 days a week. 2 in our Walthamstow office, 2 remote.
- Fixed term freelance contract to begin with, 4 days a week, £24K to £30K a year pro rata depending on experience
- Start w/c 8 September if you can.
