UGC Strategist | Paid & Organic Creator Management

Join a fast-growing, VC-backed challenger brand in the women's health and wellness space as they scale their creator-led marketing engine. This is a hands-on strategist role for someone who lives and breathes UGC - combining a sharp eye for what makes content perform with the ability to manage a growing roster of creators across paid and organic channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end UGC strategy across paid and organic - from creator sourcing and briefing through to content delivery and performance tracking
  • Manage relationships with a roster of creators, negotiating deliverables, usage rights, and turnaround timelines
  • Identify emerging creators, formats, and cultural moments worth testing ahead of the curve
  • Translate paid creative learnings into organic content strategy and vice versa, maximising output from every asset
  • Partner closely with the wider creative and performance team to brief, review, and iterate on creator content at pace
  • Track and report on UGC performance (hook rate, CTR, CVR, engagement) to continuously sharpen the creator strategy

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience running UGC or creator programmes, ideally spanning both paid and organic use cases
  • Strong track record sourcing, briefing, and managing relationships with content creators at scale
  • Comfortable working with performance data to inform creative and creator decisions
  • Experience working within a fast-paced, high-growth consumer brand or agency environment
  • Excellent communication skills - confident negotiating with creators and briefing internal stakeholders alike
