UGC Strategist

£40,000 - £48,000 + Share Options & Benefits | London (Hybrid)

Can you write an ad that actually converts, and explain why it worked? A well-loved, subscription-led DTC brand is looking for a UGC Strategist who is a creative strategist at heart. Their growth team is known for some of the strongest performance creative in the category. You'll spend your time generating ideas, uncovering new angles, and writing the scripts and briefs that turn creator content into high-performing paid ads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate a steady pipeline of original concepts, angles, and hooks for UGC performance ads on Meta
  • Research customers, competitors, and category trends to find new ideas worth testing
  • Write scripts and briefs for a core roster of UGC creators, with scope to get involved in influencer briefing over time
  • Dig into ad account data (spend, CAC, trials, hook and script performance) to decide what to brief, iterate, or scale next
  • Review returned creator content against the brief and give clear, actionable feedback
  • Work closely with the influencer marketing team, flagging creators you'd love to brief

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
