Chief Medical Officer on a Luxury Superyacht

Take command of elite healthcare as a UHNW Chief Medical Officer on a luxury superyacht. Enjoy total clinical autonomy, a £240,000 GBP tax-free salary, and sail the Mediterranean.

An exclusive opportunity is currently available for a highly discreet and autonomous senior physician to assume the mantle of Chief Medical Officer aboard a private, ultra-luxury yacht. Catering exclusively to an ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) family and their guests, this permanent, full-time role demands unparalleled clinical leadership. You will architect and execute all healthcare protocols, ensuring absolute privacy and bespoke care away from the rigid structures of traditional medicine.

Your floating jurisdiction will encompass prime anchorages across the Mediterranean, including the Greek Islands, Italy, Monaco, Marbella, Ibiza, Mallorca, and the Algarve. This position is expertly tailored for a medical professional who thrives in an independent, highly confidential setting and is ready to take absolute ownership of patient wellbeing in a prestigious maritime environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
