UI Designer (Digital Marketing)
Design engaging digital experiences for one of the UK's best-known brands.
Location: Chancery Lane (EC4Y 0HA), hybrid working 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home/another location
Function: Brand
Salary/Grade: £38,000 - £43,000 dependant on skills and experiences + health + up to 15% bonus + Up to 10% matched pension + bens
About the role
We're looking for a talented UI Designer to join our in-house creative team at Premier Inn.
This is an exciting opportunity for a digitally-minded designer who loves creating engaging customer experiences and wants to continue developing their skills in UI, UX and digital design. You'll work across a broad range of projects, helping bring our brand to life across web, app, CRM, social and wider digital channels.
Working closely with designers, copywriters, marketers and digital teams, you'll create thoughtful, user-focused design solutions that balance creativity, brand consistency and commercial impact.

What you'll bring
- Strong visual design skills with a passion for digital.
- Experience creating digital assets, web pages, emails or interface designs.
- A good understanding of UI design principles and an interest in developing UX knowledge.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for layout, typography and design craft.
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in.
- Curiosity and a genuine eagerness to learn and develop.
- The ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong collaboration skills and confidence working with a range of stakeholders.
- An interest in digital trends, emerging technology and AI-powered creative tools.
