UI Designer

Hybrid/London
Contract - up to £390 a day (inside IR35)
Full time (part time also considered)

We have an urgent requirement for a Digital/UI Designer to join a well-known consumer brand.

Working as part of a collaborative digital team, you'll play a key role in designing and optimising ecommerce journeys, supporting experimentation initiatives and delivering high-quality UI solutions across a range of customer touchpoints. This will be up to a 6 month contract and is a hybrid role based in London.

What you will be doing:

  • Design and optimise customer-facing web experiences across the ecommerce platform
  • Create intuitive, engaging UI designs that improve usability, customer engagement and conversion
  • Support Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) initiatives through A/B testing and experimentation
  • Design landing pages, promotional campaigns and merchandising experiences that deliver measurable results
  • Work closely with Ecommerce, Product, Marketing and CRM teams to deliver customer-focused digital experiences
  • Use customer insight, behavioural data and analytics to inform design decisions and continuous improvement
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of a scalable design system and reusable UI components
  • Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines while maintaining a high standard of visual quality and consistency

  • Proven experience as a Digital Designer or UI Designer within an ecommerce environment
  • Strong background in web design, UI design and digital optimisation
  • Experience supporting Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) programmes and A/B testing
  • Good understanding of customer journeys, user behavior and digital best practice
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across Product, Marketing, Ecommerce and Technology teams
