About Ecosurety

Ecosurety exists to rid the world of unnecessary packaging. We believe in a future where every brand has the data, insight, and confidence to make smarter, more sustainable packaging decisions.

To make that vision a reality, we combine cutting-edge technology, market intelligence, and deep regulatory expertise to help some of the world's leading brands navigate an increasingly complex packaging landscape.

As a certified B Corp, we're committed to balancing purpose and profit, creating positive impact for our customers, our people, and the environment.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to establish a strong and consistent design foundation as MyEcosurety evolves from prototype to a comprehensive self-service platform.

Working across several parallel product initiatives, you'll help transform regulatory and data complexity into simple, intuitive, and engaging user experiences. You'll play a key role in shaping how customers interact with our products, influencing both the design direction and the standards that underpin everything we build.

Your remit will include supporting the continued evolution of our product offering through:

  • Setting up and developing our component library
  • Embedding design best practice across teams
  • Creating consistent experiences and design standards for our developers
  • Partnering with stakeholders across the organisation to simplify and improve user journeys

Why Join Now?

This is an exciting time to join Ecosurety as we continue investing in our products, data capabilities, and customer experience.

You'll have the opportunity to shape how users interact with our platforms, helping transform complex environmental and regulatory data into intuitive, engaging, and accessible experiences. Working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders across the business, you'll influence products used by some of the world's leading brands as they navigate an increasingly important and fast-moving sustainability landscape.

This is a role where you'll see your ideas move quickly from concept to reality, with genuine ownership, visibility, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Designing intuitive, user-centred experiences across our web-based products and digital platforms, simplifying the regulatory and data complexity our customers navigate every day.
  • Working with our Product team to plan and deliver user research activities that deepen our understanding of customer needs, behaviours, and pain points.
  • Creating wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate ideas and solutions.
  • Collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Testing concepts and solutions with users and incorporating feedback into future iterations.
  • Driving consistency across products through the development and maintenance of design systems, components, and standards.
  • Championing accessibility, usability, and evidence-based design decisions.
  • Simplifying complex data, workflows, and regulatory requirements into clear and intuitive experiences.
  • Contributing to product strategy by bringing user insight and customer-centred thinking into decision-making.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
