We are looking for a Product Design Intern based in London to help us improve the rail booking experience for users across EU market.

Responsibilities

  • Support product interface design for European rail products.
  • Participate in defining and improving product experience and visual style, and provide design suggestions to support smooth project delivery.
  • Participate in local user research to understand user needs and behaviors, identify local experience opportunities, and share insights with the team.
  • Participate in project brainstorming, creative conception, and support designers with related design work.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Major in Art/Visual/Interaction Design or related field. Relevant internship experience is preferred.
  • Basic Figma skills, including components, auto layout, design tokens and prototyping is a MUST.
  • Familiarity with mobile app design standards and a basic understanding of interaction design.
  • Passionate about design, with good visual sensitivity, creativity, and the ability to adopt to different design style.
