About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team at Talent Leaders Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing HR functions within a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in shaping our company culture, ensuring adherence to employment laws, and supporting organizational development initiatives. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR policies.
- Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or CIPD are preferred.
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with current employment laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding procedures to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Administer performance management programs, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and professional development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to employment and workplace safety.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion within the organization.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, reports, and documentation.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop organizational policies and support change management processes.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
