UX/UI Designer
As a UX/UI Designer, you will create intuitive and visually appealing user experiences for digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into engaging interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaboration: Work with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design with business goals.
- User Research: Conduct research, analyze data, and apply user-centered design methodologies.
- Experience Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows to conceptualize intuitive journeys.
- Interface Design: Develop visually appealing layouts, graphics, and icons aligned with brand guidelines.
- Design Systems: Contribute to design systems to ensure consistency and efficient processes.

Requirements:

- 3 years of experience in UX/UI or product design.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, HCI, or related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design principles and project range.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles.
- Experience with Agile development.
