About The Role

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant professional certifications and experience in aerospace, defense, or related industries are highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate a strong understanding of systems engineering, project management, and relevant technical tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work effectively under pressure, are essential. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team are also required. Prior experience working in a regulated environment or with government clients will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of complex projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop technical solutions, specifications, and documentation.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across various departments to facilitate communication and ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Assist in the development of proposals, technical reports, and presentations for internal and external audiences.
  • Maintain compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and efficiencies.
  • Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry best practices relevant to the role.
