UI/UX Designer – Fast-Growth British Beauty Brand 🌿✨

On Site Full-Time Role - Salary £30-50k DOE

Besque is a premium British botanical skin care brand scaling fast. This role is all about designing beautiful, intuitive web experiences, and is perfect for a designer who cares equally about how something looks and how it works.

We're hiring a UI/UX Designer to join the team.

What you'll be doing:

  • Designing web pages end to end in Figma, from wireframes and user flows through to final UI
  • Creating responsive layouts that work across desktop, tablet, and mobile
  • Building and maintaining design systems and component libraries
  • Prototyping interactions and user journeys
  • Working with developers to make sure designs are implemented as intended
  • Iterating on designs based on feedback, testing, and performance data

  • 3+ years in UI/UX design
  • Expert-level Figma skills
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating web design work
  • Solid grasp of design fundamentals: typography, layout, hierarchy, colour
  • Good understanding of user-centred design and usability principles
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • A self-starter who does the unglamorous work as well as the exciting parts
  • DTC / e-commerce experience a plus
