About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Aquent. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement across multiple online platforms. Your expertise will help shape the company's online presence, optimize marketing campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with creative professionals, and contribute to innovative marketing initiatives that support our clients' business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and other digital assets.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
  • Manage social media accounts, engage with followers, and foster community growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new campaigns or initiatives.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all digital channels.
  • Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance strategies.
