Introduction
Wipro is looking for an UI/UX Designer to work with our product and engineering teams. As an UI/UX Designer, you will translate product requirements and operational workflows into clear, accessible, and production-ready digital experiences.
You will take ownership of the interaction model, helping users navigate complex, multi-step processes through intuitive screens, states, and transitions. You will work closely with engineering and stakeholders to ensure the delivered product reflects the intended design and supports real-world user tasks.

Your Responsibilities
As an IntellOps Engineering UI/UX Designer, you will:
- Translate operational processes and documented requirements into information architecture, navigation models, and end-to-end user flows.
- Define interaction sequencing, progressive disclosure, feedback, recovery paths, and responsive behaviour.
- Progress design challenges from initial workflows and wireframes to annotated, production-ready interface specifications.
- Build and maintain reusable components, design tokens, and accessible patterns within a scalable design system.
- Partner with engineering throughout implementation, resolving technical constraints and validating solutions against user tasks.
Mandatory Skills
You will have:
- A portfolio of shipped digital products demonstrating systems-level thinking, complex workflows, and measurable outcomes.
- Experience creating and sustaining scalable design systems across digital products.
- Strong capability in designing internal or professional tools where efficiency, data density, and task throughput are important.
- An understanding of responsive interfaces, HTML and CSS layout principles, and design-token pipelines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain design decisions to technical and business stakeholders.

Desirable Skills
Ideally, you will have:
- Experience designing AI-assisted or data-driven interfaces.
- Knowledge of uncertainty, confidence, review, and human-oversight states.
- Experience validating accessibility through testing, including keyboard navigation, contrast, dynamic type, and light and dark appearances.
