About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Professional to join our dynamic team as a Software Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing our industry-leading software products that support reservoir management, production optimization, and simulation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data analysts, and field engineers, to deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs and industry standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a passion for advancing technology within the energy sector.
Qualifications
The successful candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software development, preferably within the oil and gas industry, is required. Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or Java is essential. Experience with cloud computing, data analytics, and simulation software is highly desirable. Strong understanding of reservoir engineering, production optimization, or related disciplines will be considered an advantage. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment are also important.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions tailored to the needs of upstream oil and gas operations.
- Collaborate with product teams to define project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Maintain and improve existing software platforms, ensuring reliability and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to uphold software quality standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into development processes.
- Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams as needed.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development methodologies and workflows to enhance productivity and product quality.
