Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or account management
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, tools, and analytics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking, creativity, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM systems, social media management, and content creation tools
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to client needs and business objectives.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.
- Collaborate with creative, digital, and data teams to develop innovative campaigns that align with brand messaging.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Coordinate with vendors, media partners, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign outcomes, insights, and future recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Contribute to new business development efforts by participating in pitches and proposals, showcasing the agency’s capabilities and creative solutions.
