About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Analyst to join our dynamic team at Fisher Investments UK. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications such as CFA is preferred.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a solid understanding of financial markets and investment principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling; experience with data analysis tools is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Prior internship or work experience in investment management, finance, or related fields is desirable but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of financial markets, economic trends, and individual securities to support investment decisions.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of investment models, reports, and presentations for internal and client use.
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify potential risks or opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with senior team members to formulate and refine investment strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Prepare detailed investment memos, summaries, and recommendations to facilitate decision-making processes.
- Stay updated on global economic developments, regulatory changes, and industry news impacting investment portfolios.
- Participate in team meetings, contribute insights, and support the implementation of investment initiatives.
