UI/UX Designer - Commission-Based

Help design the product experience behind the next generation of FemTech.

LYNA is building an AI-powered women’s health platform connecting nutrition, hormones, symptoms, and personalized health insights.

We’re looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to take ownership of LYNA’s product experience and help transform our vision into a beautiful, intuitive, and high-converting app.

Role Details

Position: UI/UX Designer

Type: Commission-based

Location: Fully remote

Hours: Flexible

Start: ASAP

What you’ll do

  • Design LYNA’s mobile app experience from onboarding through ongoing use
  • Create intuitive and engaging user journeys
  • Design onboarding, dashboard, health insights, nutrition, and subscription/paywall experiences
  • Turn product ideas into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI
  • Create and maintain a scalable design system
  • Work closely with the founder, developers, and product team
  • Improve UX based on user feedback and product data
  • Design experiences that balance trust, simplicity, personalization, and conversion
  • Prepare developer-ready Figma files and specifications
  • Help shape LYNA’s overall digital product experience

What we’re looking for

  • Strong experience in UI/UX and product design
  • Excellent Figma skills
  • Experience designing mobile apps
  • Strong understanding of user journeys, interaction design, and conversion
  • Experience with onboarding, subscriptions, and paywalls is highly desirable
  • Strong visual design and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Experience with consumer, health, wellness, SaaS, or subscription products is a plus
  • Interest in FemTech, AI, and women’s health is highly desirable

Commission-Based Opportunity

This is a commission-based opportunity rather than a salaried position.

The specific commission structure will be discussed and agreed in writing before work begins, based on the scope of involvement and contribution to LYNA.
