About The Role
We are seeking a talented UI / UX Designer to join our team on a three-month rolling contract basis. This position is remote, but applicants must be based in the UK. The ideal candidate will have experience working on video projects and possess a keen eye for minimalistic, apple-inspired aesthetics, incorporating glassmorphism and neo styles into their designs. The role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a premium SaaS tool that is at the forefront of the industry. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to craft engaging, user-friendly interfaces that align with our brand vision and user expectations. Given the integration of AI into our workflows, familiarity with scaffolding designs and a willingness to experiment with innovative approaches will be highly valued.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a UI / UX Designer, particularly within SaaS environments.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in minimalist design, glassmorphism, and neo styles.
- Experience working on video projects is a plus.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Understanding of front-end development principles and familiarity with coding practices is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for our SaaS platform, ensuring consistency with our brand identity and design standards.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate user requirements into engaging visual designs.
- Implement and iterate on designs, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and end-users.
- Utilize AI tools to scaffold and enhance design workflows, experimenting with innovative solutions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of current design trends, particularly in minimalism, glassmorphism, and neo styles.
- Develop and maintain design documentation, style guides, and prototypes to facilitate seamless development processes.
- Participate in user testing and usability studies to refine and optimize the user experience.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and incorporate best practices into design processes.
