Role: UI/UX Designer (Remote)

Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)
Job Type: Contract
Payout: $25 - $50/hour

Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a UX/UI Designer to work on a contract basis to enhance user interfaces and experiences across digital platforms. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and visually compelling designs. This position requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and modern design tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and iterate on user interfaces for web and mobile applications based on user feedback and usability testing.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts and solutions.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals and technical constraints.
  • Conduct user research to gather insights and identify pain points in current user flows.
  • Ensure consistency in design patterns and adherence to brand guidelines across all products.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is required.
  • Experience with user-centered design processes, including research, prototyping, and testing.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UX/UI design projects.
  • Ability to translate user research into actionable design improvements.
  • Familiarity with front-end development basics (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills to present design ideas and rationale to stakeholders.
  • Experience working in an agile or iterative development environment.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
