About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team in the role of Store Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Your leadership will be vital in driving sales, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in retail management or a similar leadership role, preferably within the health and beauty sector. A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations, team management, and sales performance is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with strong problem-solving abilities. A flexible and proactive attitude, coupled with the ability to work under pressure, will be highly valued. A relevant qualification in business, management, or retail is desirable but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Manage daily store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Implement company policies and procedures to ensure a consistent shopping experience.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance their performance and career progression.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and prepare reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Coordinate promotional activities and ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment at all times.
  • Collaborate with regional managers and other stakeholders to meet business objectives.
