About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Annotation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately labeling and annotating data sets to facilitate the training of machine learning models. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to pioneering AI projects and grow professionally within a technology-driven organization.
Qualifications
- Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as computer science, data science, or information technology is preferred.
- Prior experience in data annotation, data entry, or related roles is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in basic computer applications are essential.
- Familiarity with annotation tools and platforms, as well as an understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, will be considered a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are also important.

Responsibilities
- Reviewing data sets and applying accurate labels according to project specifications.
- Working closely with data scientists and project managers to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Tasks may involve annotating images, videos, text, or audio data, depending on project requirements.
- Maintaining detailed records of annotation processes and adhering to deadlines.
- Participating in quality control activities to identify and rectify errors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality annotated data.
- Continuous learning and adapting to new annotation tools and techniques to improve efficiency and accuracy.
