UI/UX Engineer - Shape the Future of AI in Financial Services at Ani Tech

Ready to design and build the interfaces that bring the AI agents of the future to life? Join our growing team at Ani Tech where you'll craft the experiences that let financial professionals work seamlessly alongside autonomous AI systems.

About Ani Tech

We're pioneering agentic AI for financial services. Our flagship product, Ani, orchestrates teams of specialised AI workers that execute sophisticated workflows across portfolio analytics, financial planning, and operations. Unlike traditional automation, our AI workers think and act autonomously, making intelligent decisions while navigating complex financial processes.

The Opportunity

You'll help define how financial services firms understand, trust, and direct our AI agents - starting from research and concept, through to a working, production-quality interface. This is a rare chance to shape the end-to-end design process for an entirely new category of software - AI-native tools for a highly regulated industry - while working on meaningful projects with direct impact.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the design process end-to-end: research, wireframes, prototypes, and production UI for our AI agent platform
  • Design dashboards, agent interaction views, and workflows for complex, data- and document-heavy financial processes
  • Run lightweight user research and usability testing with real users to validate and refine designs
  • Build and evolve our design system and component library, and the interaction patterns that sit on top of it
  • Build out your own prototypes and designs in React, and work closely with engineers to get them into production
  • Design responsive, accessible experiences across React and mobile
  • Work closely with senior engineers and the founding team to shape product direction

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
