This role offers the opportunity to shape high-performing digital experiences across content-rich websites, landing pages, and conversion-focused digital products. You will combine strong UI/UX expertise with visual and graphic design skills to create engaging experiences across mobile, tablet, and desktop. The position sits at the intersection of design, user experience, content, SEO, and conversion optimization, giving you a direct influence on digital performance. You will translate business requirements and CRO hypotheses into intuitive, visually compelling solutions. You will also contribute to design systems, brand assets, A/B testing concepts, and marketing materials across multiple digital projects. The environment values ownership, curiosity, continuous improvement, and thoughtful use of emerging AI tools to accelerate the design process.
Accountabilities
- Design mobile-first, responsive user experiences for content-heavy websites, landing pages, promotional components, and A/B testing initiatives.
- Translate briefs, business requirements, user needs, and conversion hypotheses into clear, engaging, and performance-oriented design solutions.
- Prioritize content structure, usability, interactions, visual hierarchy, and conversion on smaller screens before adapting experiences to larger breakpoints.
- Create and maintain reusable Figma components, templates, and design-system elements to ensure consistency and scalability across projects.
- Prepare polished designs, prototypes, and clear specifications to support efficient development handoffs.
- Create logos, infographics, banners, icons, promotional materials, campaign assets, and other visual content supporting digital brands and marketing initiatives.
- Conduct competitor and design research, explore alternative approaches, and make informed decisions based on user needs, business objectives, and performance considerations.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, CRO, SEO, content, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive digital experiences.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, communicate progress and blockers proactively, and consistently meet agreed deadlines.
- Review and refine work before delivery, maintaining high standards of visual quality, accessibility, usability, and brand consistency.
- Use AI tools thoughtfully to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, and production while applying strong professional judgment to refine and validate the results.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
