Why Grasp

Grasp is the AI Analyst built for private market professionals, founded in Stockholm, a city known to be the leading European hub for unicorns.

The $1.4 trillion financial advisory and private equity industry relies heavily on costly and scarce cognitive labour. It’s so inefficient that firms charge millions of dollars for junior teams, whose work is 90% manual and repetitive. AI will automate large parts of this work, provide a massive uplift in productivity and help investment teams identify opportunities that others miss through traditional research methods.

Grasp is purpose-built to lead this transformation, with proprietary AI systems designed specifically for the complex workflows of investment professionals and dealmakers. Following our Series A, we are growing 4x year on year and serve more than 350 customers, including some of the world’s largest private equity firms and all of the Big Four. We are now rapidly scaling our teams across the UK and US.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

This is an in-office role for a self-starter who feels at home speaking with senior decision-makers and thrives on ambitious targets.

You’ll own the full sales cycle across SMB and enterprise opportunities, from first meeting to close. You’ll also work closely with the UK team on go-to-market execution, customer feedback, and building repeatable commercial playbooks.
