Position Overview
The Onsite Recruitment Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, onsite recruitment operations, and workforce fulfilment directly at the client’s facility. Acting as the primary operational liaison between client stakeholders and internal recruitment delivery teams, the Onsite Account Manager ensures seamless candidate sourcing, onboarding, workforce planning, SLA compliance, and high levels of client and worker satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Account Management
- Serve as the primary onsite operational contact for client managers, shift leaders, and HR teams.
- Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with client stakeholders to understand staffing demands, operational priorities, and retention goals.
- Conduct regular operational meetings, shift check-ins, and performance reviews to report on key metrics and account SLAs.
Recruitment & Onboarding Operations
- Oversee high-volume sourcing, interviewing, selection, and orientation for temporary, contract, or permanent staff.
- Ensure effective pipeline management to meet volume fulfilment targets and tight shift start deadlines.
- Deliver structured onsite orientation, site walkthroughs, and safety briefings to prepare candidates for placement.
Workforce Supervision & Attendance Management
- Oversee day-to-day onsite attendance, shift check-ins, clock-in management, and absence tracking.
- Proactively resolve candidate and worker queries, shift adjustments, workplace concerns, and performance management.
- Collaborate with client operational leaders to scale staffing levels up or down based on volume fluctuations.

Compliance & Audit Standards
- Enforce strict adherence to legal compliance, Right to Work verifications, background checks, safety certifications, and client-specific onboarding criteria.
- Ensure complete and accurate documentation maintenance across systems prior to shift start dates.
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate compliance trails and reports.
Data Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain real-time records in ATS and internal databases, tracking fulfilment rates, attendance, and turnover.
- Prepare and present regular operational performance reports and action plans for internal leadership and client reviews.
Team Leadership & Process Optimisation
- Direct and support onsite coordinators or recruitment supervisors, offering operational guidance and mentorship.
- Continuously evaluate operational processes to improve candidate throughput, onboarding efficiency, and worker retention.
Salary
£32,000 - £32,000 a year
