🌍 The Outbehaving Founders Circle - A Legacy of Values-Driven Leadership

🔥 Join a movement shaping the world’s first people-owned global venture

Outbehaving is building a new kind of life and money platform, powered by ownership, influence and fair practice.

We are creating a future where people contribute to something bigger than themselves, share in the value they help build, and help shape a global company designed for society, not just profit.

This is a rare opportunity to help build a world-class movement from the ground up, one with the ambition to grow into the first Google-sized company owned by the people.

Why This Matters

The world is overloaded with broken systems, weak trust and concentrated power. Money flows to the few.

Outbehaving exists to change that.

We are building a platform that connects daily life, community contribution and ownership, while using the reach of athletes, creators, cultural leaders and everyday people to create a movement with real global scale.

Our vision is simple.

People contribute. People build. People own.

The Opportunity

We are now looking for World-Class Social Media Visionaries to help drive this movement across every major platform.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can create, produce and move fast. Someone who understands how to turn ideas into attention, attention into community, and community into belief.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
