About Arthur D. Little

Arthur D. Little (ADL) is a global management consulting firm helping leading corporations and organisations connect strategy, technology, and innovation. Founded in 1886 as the world's first management consulting firm, ADL operates in over 35 offices worldwide and continues to shape the future of industries through impactful consulting work.

In today's rapidly evolving environment, organisations must balance competing priorities such as short-term performance and long-term innovation, resilience and efficiency, and collaboration and competition. At ADL, we support our clients in navigating these challenges, with a strong focus on delivering measurable impact.

The Opportunity

We are expanding our Performance and Risk & Resilience Teams and are currently accepting applications for Business Analyst Internships at our London office. The internship duration is four to six months.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join us as Business Analyst Interns, working on topics across operations, supply chain, procurement, and risk and safety.

As an intern, you will be fully integrated into project teams, taking on responsibilities comparable to those of a junior consultant from day one.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
