About SURCO INTERIORS

SURCO INTERIORS is a growing Spanish manufacturer specialising in high-quality engineered wood flooring and tailor-made interior solutions. Our product range includes flooring, walls, ceilings, staircases, doors, and bespoke wood elements, with a strong focus on design, technical performance, and customised solutions.

With production facilities in Spain and Poland, including our own production of oak top layer and 100% birch plywood, SURCO combines manufacturing capability with a high degree of vertical integration. We work with architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, and international clients on both standard and highly customised projects.

To strengthen our presence in the UK market, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Agent / Sales Representative based in London.

Position Overview

We are looking for a commercially driven professional with an established network within the architecture, interior design, hospitality, and construction sectors. The main objective of the position is to develop the SURCO brand in the UK, identify new business opportunities, and, most importantly, establish SURCO as a specified and trusted supplier for architectural and interior projects.

This is a relationship-driven position. The successful candidate should be comfortable approaching architects, designers, developers, contractors, and purchasing teams, introducing SURCO's capabilities and developing projects from the initial specification through to order.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow SURCO's presence in the UK market, with a primary focus on London.
  • Identify and establish relationships with architectural practices, interior designers, developers, contractors, and construction companies.
  • Develop business within the hospitality sector, including hotels, restaurants, and other high-end commercial projects.
  • Develop business with distributors working in the sectors.
  • Identify projects where SURCO products can be specified at an early design stage.
  • Present SURCO's products, technical capabilities, and bespoke solutions to architects and designers.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of professional contacts and decision-makers.
  • Generate new project opportunities and follow them through from specification to commercial stage.
  • Work closely with SURCO's commercial and technical teams in Spain.
  • Coordinate quotations, samples, technical information, and project requirements with the SURCO team.
  • Monitor the UK market and identify relevant projects, tenders, and opportunities.
  • Represent SURCO professionally at meetings, industry events, and client presentations.
  • Build long-term relationships with key accounts and project stakeholders.
  • Provide regular feedback regarding market requirements, competitors, and business opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
