Peersol Technologies is looking for an experienced UK Business Development & Go-to-Market Partner to help us grow our client base across AI, Automation, Data Transformation and Technology Resource Augmentation.
We already have the technical expertise and delivery capability. We are looking for a commercially driven person who understands the UK B2B technology market, can open the right doors, generate qualified opportunities, and help take those opportunities through to closed business.

Our core technology services include:
- AI & Data Transformation – AI/LLM solutions, intelligent applications, data integration and AI-enabled business processes
- Business Process Automation – workflow automation, AI agents, CRM/ERP automation and system integration
- Custom Software Development – web applications, SaaS platforms and internal business systems
- Resource Augmentation – developers, AI engineers, integration specialists and technical consultants
- Enterprise Integration – connecting HR, CRM, ERP, cloud and third-party platforms
We combine UK-facing consulting and solution architecture with scalable offshore engineering capability, enabling us to deliver high-quality solutions at commercially competitive rates.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What You’ll Do
Your primary objective will be to generate qualified B2B opportunities and convert them into new clients. You will:
- Identify and approach potential UK clients
- Generate qualified discovery calls and sales opportunities
- Build relationships with Founders, CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, Operations Directors and other decision-makers
- Understand business challenges and identify opportunities for AI, automation, data and technology solutions
- Lead initial discovery and commercial conversations
- Work closely with our technical team to shape solutions and proposals
- Manage opportunities through the sales pipeline
- Follow up, negotiate and help close new business
- Build referral, partnership and channel opportunities
- Provide UK market feedback to continuously improve our GTM strategy
Who We’re Looking For
We would particularly like to speak with someone who has:
- Proven B2B technology sales or business development experience in the UK
- Experience selling IT consulting, software development, AI, automation, data, SaaS, managed services or resource augmentation
- An existing UK business network and the ability to reach senior decision-makers
- Experience generating their own pipeline rather than relying solely on inbound leads
- Confidence running discovery and commercial conversations
- A consultative, solution-led approach to technology sales
- The ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business outcomes

You may currently be an independent Business Development Consultant, Technology Sales Professional, GTM Consultant or Fractional Sales Leader looking to add a strong technology delivery partner to your portfolio.
Commercial Model
This is initially a commission-based partnership, designed to provide meaningful upside for successfully generated and closed business. The commission structure can include:
- Commission on successfully closed projects
- Recurring commission for retained or ongoing clients
- Additional incentives for larger or strategic accounts
We are interested in building a long-term relationship, not simply purchasing lead lists. For the right person who consistently develops business, there is potential for this to evolve into a broader UK Sales / Go-to-Market leadership position.
