National Business Development Manager - UK

Salary: Up to £70,000 + bonus, company car and benefits

Location: Remote, with travel throughout the UK

A leading medical equipment organisation is expanding its UK commercial team and is looking to appoint a National Business Development Manager to lead the launch of an exciting new range of prehospital medical equipment.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business at an important stage of its development, with responsibility for introducing a high quality, competitively priced product range into the UK market.

The products have been developed to address key challenges faced by prehospital clinicians, with a strong focus on improving clinical practice, patient safety and outcomes.

The business already has an established presence within the market and strong relationships across the prehospital sector, providing a solid platform from which to develop new opportunities. We are looking for someone who is proactive, commercially driven and highly organised, with the ability to build relationships, identify opportunities and manage complex sales processes through to completion.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
