UK Channel Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Remote (UK) | European Travel | Up to £150,000 OTE + Benefits
Are you a well-connected Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central professional with an outstanding partner network across the UK? We're working with an innovative software vendor looking to appoint a UK Channel Manager to drive the growth of its partner ecosystem. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly expanding organisation and play a pivotal role in developing strategic relationships with leading Microsoft partners throughout the UK. This is a fully remote position with regular travel across the UK and Europe to attend partner meetings, conferences and industry events.
The Role
As UK Channel Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying, developing and growing strategic partnerships with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central partners. You'll act as the face of the business within the UK channel, helping partners understand the value proposition, supporting joint go-to-market initiatives and driving long-term commercial success.

- Develop and execute the UK channel growth strategy.
- Build and maintain relationships with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central partners across the UK.
- Identify and recruit new strategic channel partners.
- Create joint business plans with partners to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Support partners through onboarding, enablement and ongoing relationship management.
- Work closely with sales, marketing and product teams to deliver successful partner campaigns.
- Represent the business at Microsoft and industry events throughout the UK and Europe.
- Maintain an excellent understanding of the Dynamics 365 Business Central marketplace and partner landscape.
About You
We're looking for someone who already has a strong reputation within the Microsoft Business Central community.
You'll ideally have:
- An extensive network within the UK Dynamics 365 Business Central partner channel.
- Previous experience in a Channel Manager, Partner Manager, Alliance Manager or Business Development role.
- Strong commercial and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working for a Microsoft ISV, Microsoft Partner or software vendor.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- The ability to influence senior stakeholders and build long-term strategic partnerships.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work remotely.
- Willingness to travel throughout the UK and Europe as required.
