UK Channel Manager (Offline Channel & Distributor Management)

Role Overview
Responsible for offline channel layout, distributor development, and full lifecycle management of the UK e-cigarette business. Manage full-cycle PSI (purchase, sell-out, inventory), implement unified channel policies, price systems, and rebate mechanisms, standardize market order, conduct market research and competitor analysis, and align with headquarters to drive channel coverage, sales growth, and compliant, sustainable local operation.
Job Responsibilities
1. Channel Development & Market Research
- Develop and maintain UK wholesalers, distributors, and core retail terminals
- Negotiate and sign cooperative partnerships
- Optimize channel layout and expand high-quality merchant resources
- Conduct regular market and competitor research
- Capture industry trends, terminal demands, and pricing strategies
- Deliver regular market analysis reports to support strategic adjustment
2. Full-cycle PSI Management
- P (Purchase): Arrange distributor procurement and reasonable replenishment to avoid supply shortage.
- S (Sell-out): Track terminal sales data, boost product turnover, and ensure monthly/quarterly sales target delivery.
- I (Inventory): Monitor inventory volume, turnover, and product validity, optimize inventory structure, clear slow-moving and near-expiry goods, and reduce capital occupation and operational risks.

3. Channel Policy & Market Order Management
- Fully implement corporate channel development standards, unified pricing system, and tiered rebate policies
- Strictly regulate market behaviors, prohibit cross-regional parallel trading and price chaos, maintain stable market order and brand pricing system, and protect channel profit margins.
4. Cross-department Collaboration & Execution
- Efficiently cooperate with domestic sales, supply chain, and marketing teams
- Timely feedback local market problems and promote closed-loop resolution
- Strictly implement company rules and work arrangements to ensure full implementation of channel policies and sales tasks.
5. Compliance Operation & Channel Empowerment
- Familiar with UK TPD e-cigarette regulations
- Supervise terminal compliant sales and eliminate irregular operations
- Provide regular product, sales skill, and policy training for channel merchants to improve overall channel operation capacity and cooperation stickiness.
Job Requirements
Work Background
- 3–5 years of UK offline channel and distributor management experience
- E-cigarette, FMCG, tobacco, or 3C industry experience is preferred
- Familiar with UK local retail and wholesale ecosystem, with existing channel resources is a plus

Language
- Fluent in oral and written English for independent negotiation and report writing
- Chinese proficiency is preferred for efficient headquarters docking
Qualifications
- Valid UK work visa and driving license
- Able to work stably in the UK and travel frequently for market visits
Professional Skills
- Proficient in channel development, PSI management, price maintenance, tiered rebate operation, and anti-channel conflict control
- Capable of data analysis, market risk judgment, and channel efficiency optimization
Soft Skills
- Result-oriented, strong execution, and pressure resistance
- Sensitive to market changes, good at problem-solving and closed-loop management
- Possess excellent cross-cultural communication and independent local business operation capabilities
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration, or related majors

- Branded E-cigarette (Vape / Electronic Atomization)
