ENGINO UK-based Commercial Professional

ENGINO is seeking a hands-on UK-based commercial professional to grow our business across two key channels: toy retail and STEM education.

Role Overview

The role will lead the UK launch and expansion of our new Science Museum and Natural History Museum licensed construction-toy ranges, while developing ENGINO’s education business with schools, academy groups, and education distributors.

Key Requirements

  • Has strong, current relationships with UK toy retailers, wholesalers, and buying groups.
  • Has personally opened and managed major retail accounts.
  • Has relevant experience in STEM/education products or selling to schools and education distributors.
  • Is entrepreneurial and hands-on — this is a sales-building role, not simply a team-management position.

Compensation

Attractive base salary plus strong performance-related commission. The position can develop into UK Country Manager as the business grows.
