UK Commercial Sales Manager
Lincolnshire | £60,000 + performance-related bonus
Full-time | Predominantly office-based
Sanderson King is supporting a high-growth, independent British consumer brand with the appointment of a UK Commercial Sales Manager. The business has an established wholesale operation, a growing network of stockists, and ambitious plans for its next stage of development. This is a senior, hands-on role offering genuine influence over its commercial strategy and future growth.
The successful candidate will lead the sales and account management team while driving growth across wholesale, white-label, corporate gifting, and other B2B channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales and account management team
- Grow and strengthen the existing stockist network
- Identify and secure new high-value accounts
- Build relationships with key retail partners
- Develop commercial strategy, targets, and sales forecasts
- Use customer and market insight to identify new opportunities
- Work closely with the marketing, operations, and product teams
- Help shape the continued development of the wholesale business

We are looking for a commercially sharp, ambitious, and analytical sales leader who is equally strong with people. You will bring proven experience of growing B2B or wholesale sales within a product-led consumer business. Experience across gifting, home fragrance, beauty, homewares, lifestyle, FMCG, or retail would be particularly relevant.
